This makes three Laurel retail projects that have opened with a “full house.” SAA keeps track of how well our buildings attract and retain tenants in the various markets where they compete. The concept of plan, do, and review is a core value at SAA. A customer-centered practice requires that we do all that we can to design facilities that attract and retain businesses, and then help to grow their businesses.
