This 130,000 s.f. high-rise office building is a concrete flat plate structure on pressure-injected piles. The exterior of this 10-story investment project features lightweight, exposed aggregate panels which were manufactured off site, erected by crane and then bolted into place. Designed to be integrated into an existing shopping center, the building has a 2-story open lobby with access to adjacent retail facilities. The cost-efficient hydronic heat pump system used for heating and air conditioning was among the first to be installed in the Washington area. The building continues to attract large quality tenants.
