This 50,000 sf office flex building faces an important roadway the connects directly to the Washington Capital beltway. SAA urged the client to revised the proposed site plan to maximize the available parking without losing any building area. SAA recommended Tilt-Up concrete to an owner developer that retains his buildings and has learned firsthand the lasting durability and flexible feature of this building system. The design will allow the building to have anywhere from 1 to 10 tenants.
The building attracted two quality tenants and was pre-leased before completion.
