This project is a development by Winchester Commercial, a developer of industrial buildings. This 140,000 s.f. speculative R/D building is a tilt-up structure that features 28 feet clear height, office entries on the front and a large truck court to the rear. The building was fully leased within a few months of completion. Specialty tenants such as Amsco Sterile Recovery and Panasonic have been joined by American Lock Service and NECI. SAA Architecture LLC. provided the architectural services for all the happy tenants.
