Royal Business Park

After developing and owning several Pre-engineered investment buildings, the owner of Royal Business Park decided to evaluate the cost benefit and life cycle cost of up-grading to a more durable construction method. He quickly determined that Concrete Tilt-Up Construction not only offered more for his money in durability, but also design flexibility and uniqueness. The tall front panel approach was developed to take full advantage of the visibility of the building from I-85 with excellent signage for the tenants. An unexpected advantage arose when the geotechnical testing revealed difficult soils conditions, that was economically resolved with a conventional continuous trench footing system.
