Prince Georges County Facility

SAA Architecture was called upon by the developer of Park Central to respond to a RFP from Prince George County Fleet Management. The RFP called for a state of the art vehicle maintenance facility that could prove service bays suitable for car, small trucks, medium trucks, fire trucks ambulances the whole fleet! This 40,000 sf building includes 24 car bays are complimented by 15 larger vehicle spaces. Space for a wash unit was included as well as parts storage and office space. A large parking lot is included.

Originally a leased building the county was so pleased with the facility that they exercised a purchased option.
