Kahn Paper Co. sells and distributes paper products that help the carry out food industry flourish; cups, cutlery, wrappers, containers, straws, napkins and all kinds of plastic, paper and foam products. In fact, one of the founders of the firm is credited with developing the first successful friction fit lid for paper cups! Kahn specializes in a inventory of lightweight products, that turns rapidly and with lots of variations. Our solution was a five pallet high warehouse facility with numerous docks, a truck compound and corporate office, sales area with designed with room to expand. This design recaptured the often wasted space above the dock surge area for the corporate offices. The curved concrete panels that create the main entrance help reduce the scale of the tall building while housing the elevator. The exterior walls are constructed from sand blasted Tilt-up panels.
