When SAA Architecture LLC first indicated that we believed a Tilt-Up concrete solution would be the best solution some “doubting Thomases” were skeptical if Tilt wall panels could be erected on top, next to, or along so many types of retailing walls even along rock walls. However, with the concrete wall panels standing after being rapidly erected, others can see what SAA Architecture LLC knew from the very start: Tilt-Up concrete panels were in fact easily and more safely erected then other building processes that would have required scaffolds, thus placing workers in difficult and hazardous situations for extended periods of time.

The project caught the attention of Montgomery County and they snapped up both buildings to meet county requirements for the Liquor distribution and a state of the art Emergency Fire & Rescue Training, Service and Emergency Command Center
