This building may only be three stories, however the prominent placement on a knoll in the Baltimore Washington International Airport business zone gives it a commanding panoramic view one would normally associate with a much taller building. This building is a full steel frame structure with composite floor construction.
The building exterior skin is a steel stud solution with brick masonry on the lower levels and EFIS higher up. Working closely with the Civil Engineering firm SAA Architecture LLC developed a grading solution that preserved the majority of the existing parking lot. The winter weather has remained cooperative and completion is projected for spring.
